Hello everybody,

I installed NagiosXI on CentOS 6.3 and everything works fine but the update check. I followed the faq description and installed the proxy component plugin and set up our proxy settings. Despite that it doesn't work. Has anybody a Idea which clue i'm missing?

We do not officially support proxies. This component works for many XI users but it is not guaranteed it would work for everyone. It depends on how you setup your proxy. Make sure you have the correct info in all of the fields and that you select the "Enable Proxy For Update Checks" check-mark box before clicking on the "Update Settings" button.
