I feel like the Nagios marketing machine might have oversold this one one a little... I mean you can integrate it but there's no official Nagios document that I am aware of, the plugin is here: http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Ad ... on/details

I also found a presentation from the OTRS guys from a few years ago: http://otrs-forum.net/media/nagios_conf ... 008_en.pdf

Unfortunately I don't use OTRS and can't provide much help beyond these links.

thanks jsmurphy, i gone through the pdf file and configured my nagios but it showing "NULL" in the status information of nagios web interface. then i open the nagios log file there i found this comment

[1346991908] Warning: Attempting to execute the command "/usr/bin/printf "%b" "***** Nagios *****\n\nNotification Type: PROBLEM\n\nService: OTRS Number of Tickets\nHost: localhost\nAddress: 127.0.0.1\nState: WARNING\n\nDate/Time: Fri Sept 7 09:55:08 IST 2012\n\nAdditional Info:\n\n(null)\n" | /bin/mail -s "** PROBLEM Service Alert: localhost/OTRS Number of Tickets is WARNING **" nagios@localhost" resulted in a return code of 127. Make sure the script or binary you are trying to execute actually exists...

how to overcome this 127 error code, can u tell me how to use those otrs+nagios integration plugins provided in nagios web page.
