Nagios not displaying whoops screen.

Hello
was looking to get some assistance. Currently running centos 6.3 and nagios 3.4 with lastest plugins I believe 1-14.16. I ran the nagios -v option to verify the configs and everying looks good and is in place. I have stop the service and restarted the service with service nagios stop and then restart as well as the webserver. When I log in I see the nagios stuff on the left but I get the whoops page for the map or any service groups. I did have this working at one point with the maps and the logos for each type of machine. Before it stopped working I was getting the 127 out of bounds error message. I then went back adn checked the libexec dir to ensure that the plugins where in the right directory. At this point not sure where else to look. Again I have verfied with the -v option that the config is correct and I get no errors. Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.
