NRPE Page Out notifications

I am getting way too many emails about this service check flapping-stop and flapping-start. I want to set this service check to only notify me when the Page Out Delta has been increasing for 30 minutes or more. I'm a total newbie to Nagios and it's a fantastic application but I'm at my wits end with this notification. Do I turn on state stalking, passive check, what?
