Scheduled Downtime Emails

Is there any way to prevent these from going out?

Specifically, to prevent them from going out when the downtime ends?

We have had a good chunk of our network go down for fiber splicing. I have marked these items for downtime and as a result, we am being pummeled with downtime start emails (over 400 at this point). This will all happen again once that downtime stops.

Is there any way to just eliminate THESE alerts and not ALL alerts?

Yes, for each user you would go to Configure -> My Account Settings -> Notification Preferences and uncheck the downtime boxes
