We are using rrdtraf for bandwidth graph using snmpv3, all rrd files are available on /var/lib/mrtg but we are unable to plot usage graph.
SNMPwalk is normal. This issue comes with router upgrade all old devices are working fine.

Have you taken a look at the MRTG logs? More insight into what the error you're seeing would be helpful for troubleshooting.
