Problem with Nagios website

Nagios 4.5
When I call up the //server/nagios website, I have this image.
All elements on the left side are not displayed correctly.

When I call up the page //server/nagios/cgi-bin/status.cgi?hostgroup=all everything is correct and works.

What is wrong?

Could you tell me what the $cfg['cgi_base_url'] value is in /usr/local/nagios/share/config.inc.php?
