I am unable to get the Apache HTTP service to start.

└─php-fpm.conf
Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Tue 2024-03-05 07:21:40 CST; 6min ago
Docs: man:httpd.service(8)
Process: 1132 ExecStart=/usr/sbin/httpd $OPTIONS -DFOREGROUND (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
Main PID: 1132 (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)

This is something that just happened without any updates to the system except DNS

Hey @randy-ringnalda

Do you happen to have a snapshot of before upgrading the DNS? Or do you recall if this issue started happening as soon as there was any changes to the DNS? You could check the httpd.conf file to see if there are any changes made/missing from the changes to the DNS.

I think actually that the issue happened before any IP address/DNS was changed.

Hi @randy-ringnalda,

I think you will want to look into your systemd and apache logs to try and troubleshoot. If you're not able to get on track with that information, I would recommend opening a case on Answer Hub, so that our Support Engineers can help troubleshoot your environment directly.
