Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if it was possible to monitor the status of a Sony IP video mixer even just via ping. the model is XVS-9000

Hi @blasco612, thanks for reaching out.

As long as your mixer is on your network and will respond to a ping, you can monitor it.

If your device has a more sophisticated API, you may be able to use other built in plugins to monitor your mixer. We also have an Exchange where users have created their own plugins.

the mixer doesn't respond to the ping, but I could take a look at the Exchange, where can I reach it?
