Upgrade from 5.11.3 to 2024R1.1.1 says complete but not upgraded

I am running Nagios 5.11.3 on RHEL8 and I'm trying to upgrade to 2024R1.1.1. Everything seems to work fine but I'm still at 5.11.3. I've tried from the GUI, from the command line, manually and as an RPM. Results are the same but I'm still at 5.11.3. Any ideas?

I'm hoping to get a little more info about what you see when you run these various upgrade methods. When you say it works fine, what does that look like? Additionally, can you check in /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp for an "upgrade.log" file? If that is there, please let us know the contents.

I tried duplicating your issue using RHEL 8.9 with XI 5.11.3 and then upgrading to 2024R1.1.1, with no luck duplicating your issue.

What does the following command give you?
