RESOLVED: Server migration

I have a single instance license. I need to migrate that instance to another server that will support the latest version of the software. I tried connecting to the old instance, but was restricted in what I could do, so I backed it out. I have not been able to find any documentation on the how to accomplish this. I want to try to retain as much from the old instance as possible.

Old system:
CentOS: 7.9.2009
Nagios Log Server: 2.1.15

New system:
Debian 11 bullseye
Nagios Log Server: 2024R1.0.1

What is the best way to proceed?

Thank you

Hi @jgzcbbmbs, thanks for reaching out.

I would suggest starting with this documentation on backing up and restoring Nagios Log Server.

Hi @jgzcbbmbs,

I am glad to hear that worked. I am going to close this thread and mark it resolved, so others can find the information.
