CCM has hosts, but 0 show up in dashboard

Something strange happened to my Nagios configuration. Things were fine until the server was rebooted dirty, and now though all my hosts and services configuration are in CCM, in host/service status summary or detail it shows 0 hosts 0 services are up, no matching host found. I'm receiving alerts for affected servers, and it shows proper up/down status in reports, but in the system status dashboard it shows all green because it thinks there's nothing there.
