NagiosXI 2024R1.1.3 | Unable to overwrite existing plugin by design?

I've noticed that since upgrading to 1.1.3 that I now have to delete the existing plugin before uploading the latest version via Admin->Manage Plugins.

Is this change by design?

Just wanting to know so I can update SOPs related to administration.

This is an intentional change as we wanted to prevent users from accidentally overwriting existing plugins.
