Getting alerts late

Hello Team,
In my Nagios, I am getting alerts a bit late after 1-2 days.
what can be the issue?

Could you provide some more specific information about the issue you are encountering? Do notifications show up in the user interface? What configurations do you have set up for sending alerts? Did you add any notification delays? Are the notification time periods to blame?

Now I am not getting alerts in Nagios core.

I tried to send a test mail also by this command "echo "test" | mail -s "test mail"
[email protected]" still not getting mail.
I used my company email id instead is
[email protected].

I would try to see if you could configure your mail settings such that you can run a command from the terminal. This rules out any issues external to core.
Then I would follow up on
this documentation about commands and follow up afterward with
this documentation on notifications

Now able to get test emails but when I do Re-schedule the next check of this host that time I am not getting an alert.

Able to get test emails from Nagiosadmin@Nagios1 although I used to get alerts from
[email protected]
I don't know what is wrong now.
