Can't import exported dashbaord

Can't import exported dashbaord

Running XI 2024R1.1.1 and when exporting a dashboard I then try to import under a different user and get "That file is not a valid dashboard file"

Known bug?

Hi @BanditBBS,

I believe there was a bug with managing dashboards in that version of XI (granted that doesn't sound exactly like the symptom). I certainly recommend upgrading to the latest version first and verifying whether or not that fixes your issue.

If that doesn't do the job, please send any php errors and console errors you get when you try to import. If there are none, try exporting/importing other dashboards and see if it occurs for every dashboard. Let us know what you find.
