Hi Team,

We are currently running NagiosXI under Trail License. After enabling email notification and scheduled reports, we noticed that URL mentioned in the notification uses IP address of the server, even after updating Program URL and External URL under Admin -> System Settings. It doesn't work.

Note: Tried restarting Nagios & Apache service as well.

We have seen other forum posts that could be related. I have a few preliminary questions for you:

• What operating system is your XI running on?

• What version of XI are you running?

• What report(s) is/are being scheduled?

We may have an issue in our internal tracking system that is related to the issue you are seeing. I will add this thread to it for additional context in case it is in fact related.
