Hi team, after a restore XI 2025 1.1.5 from Centos 7 to Centos stream, 9 (https://answerhub.nagios.com/support/s/ ... 4-b36feda0) , without any kind of error, I get an error 500 after auth with "nagiosadmin" user.

I already tried, without success to
do a db repair
do a restore_repair.sh
update to 1.2

## EDIT
I can login as LDAP user (with Admin role) but not as nagiosadmin user (error 500)
with LDAP user I did the 1.2 upg

how can I fix it?

The forum is officially community-based support, and while Nagios staffers are active here, you can get dedicated help from your Nagios CSM, or open a ticket with support. Besides, support tickets have an official SLA and forum posts do not.

I agree with @lgute, it is going to be very difficult to determine what is happening on this forum.

That said, One thing you can do to potentially get some more insight is to turn on debug level logging in Apache. To do this on a standard XI system on CentOS, modify the file: /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and change the LogLevel directive to debug. This may give you more detailed error messages and stack traces to help troubleshoot.
