Hello everyone,

Since the update to version 4.5.5, the map view is unreadable (see attached photo). I am unable to modify it. Am I the only one experiencing this? Thank you for your help, have a great day.

Thanks for reaching out @supportaz,

The non legacy status map was made with an outdated version of AngularJS that had several vulnerabilities. When presented with either removing it or updating it, the decision was made to remove it. So now there is just the legacy status map.

Thank you for your response. Is there any way to have a better visualization of the map?
I installed Nagios Core 4.5.5 last night on a test machine and got the same result, so my upgrade from 4.5.2 to 4.5.5 is not to blame.

I'm also stuck (downgraded) to 4.5.2 due to this issue of the missing "non legacy status map".

Is it possible in any way to upgrade then copy/paste the "non legacy status map" from the old version 4.5.2?

Hello no solution concerning bad map display quality?

Use of maps are not very efficients since 4.5.3 and upper versions...

As @danderson mentioned prior, these maps were removed in 4.5.3 (read his reply for the reasoning). There are no plans at the moment to add replacements, but Nagios XI is always available will plenty of visualizations.

Hi Raphael, you’re not alone. I’ve been using the map function for a while, and after the update, it’s been glitchy on my end too. The map’s unreadable, with overlays and details not showing up correctly. I tried messing around with the settings and cleared my app data, but nothing worked. I’d recommend reaching out to the support team directly. Sometimes they push out hotfixes quicker if enough people report it Snow Rider 3D
