Does not Appear on Dasboard

Hi,
I have problem with our nagios, I have UPS , and we set the temperature for Warning 20 and for Critical 21.
Now Current temperature is 22 so it's mean Critical.
But in our status is ok, it should be Critical.
I tried reset the nagios and the server, but it's same.
