Hi

I should install Nagios XI in order to create a demo environment

Someone could describe the server sizing ?

What software is required for a nagios XI installation ?

And the last question ... does is it possible to upgrade nagios from Nagios core 4.4.14 to Nagios XI ?

Yes, you can upgrade from Nagios Core to Nagios XI! I have included a link to our guide for this process here
