Group notifications over a 5 minute period into one email

All - we need a solution to group service checks that go warning/critical on a host over a 5 minute period into one email. Currently, all I see is a feature request from 2014 on this. We use BMC Helix and dont use the Nagios Notifications. Any help appreciated!

Hi
@bpennin, thanks for reaching out.
Would you please post the thread from 2014 that you found?
Would
servicegroups give you what you are looking for?
Here are a few links that may help.

Laura,
Service Groups or dependencies will not work due to the time threshold. We would like the ability to combine the alerts of multiple random service that are on the same host after a defined waiting period into a single notification.
The link to the enhancement is below:

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY AND I HOPE IT IS SOMETHING OTHERS WOULD LIKE TOO.

Hello @bpennin,
It seems that this request was from a long time ago and when we moved to a new issue tracking system, it seems the feature request has been lost. I'll file a new feature request for you.

Thank You for creating a feature request. Is there a way to track those?

The only outward-facing information we can provide is the changelog history. You can keep tabs on it here:
