Hi, we're planning to upgrade our Nagios version from 5.7.5 to the latest Nagios version 2024R1.3. We have converted PostgreSQL to MySQL. In this case, can I directly upgrade from version 5.7.5 to the latest Nagios version 2024R1.3 or I have to upgrade to 5.10 first, then upgrade from 5.10 to 2024R1.3? Thanks in advance.

Hello @caqin,
Have you migrated to an OS that is supported by Nagios XI 2024R1.3? So long as you have, you should be able to go straight to 2024R1.3 given that you have already migrated to MySQL, but I still recommend that you back up your system before upgrading.
Nagios XI is currently supported with the following Linux distributions for 64 bit installations only:
RHEL 8/9
CentOS Stream 9
Oracle Linux 8/9
Debian 11
Ubuntu 20/22/24 (LTS)

Thank you @bbahn.
We are planning this. Yes, we will migrate OS from RHEL 7 to RHEL 9 first, then will upgrade Nagios to 2024R1.3.
