Nagios XI - SNMP Trap Interface not show the traps

i already sent a test trap from Device A to my Nagios system, from /var/log/snmptt/snmptt.log i can see that nagios Received trap, but on the web interface "No received traps".

where the issue ?!

Do you have any trap definitions already set? It seems you may need to add an example trap definition first and then attempt to send a trap if you want it to display in the GUI. Try that out and let me know if it fixes your issue.

Thanks for you info,
as attached in the image there are defined traps,
and a test Trap has been sent show can be seen from GUI,
but for example for other devices , i can see the logs from /var/log/snmptt/snmptt.log but cannot be displayed on GUI. this is the case

as exist in the documnet, i can see the logs from /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log, and /var/log/snmptt/snmptt.log.

but it doesnt show up in Recieved Trap GUI
