Hi all,
From long time ago I have an issue when I want to exclude some members or states of a nagvis map (I use last version of Nagios XI 2024R1.3.3 and Nagvis 1.9.40b included in Nagios XI)
In the map when wnat to exclude someone I check box "exclude members" and field eclude_name1|exclude_name2 it's a regex found on the web, good or not ???
When I apply I have an SQLSTATE error : "SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 3995 Character set 'utf8mb3_bin' cannot be used in conjunction with 'binary' in call to regexp_like."

Do you know this issue and do you have a solution to fix it?

Thank you so much for your help.

Hi @speynaud,

Thanks for reaching out.

What distribution and version do you have XI 2024R1.3.3 running on? For instance, RHEL 9, Ubuntu 22, etc.

Which type of Nagvis map are you using (Regular, Geographical, etc)?

Hi my OS is RHEL9.
But I did a ticket to Nagios support and they found it's a bug and they will fix it in further version
