License show expired after renew

License show expired after renew

I have a problem after I renewed the Nagios log server license. the license showed expired!

Any ideas please help.

Hey @dimsum

With licensing issues it might be best to reach out to your CSM to see whats going on with the license. If you reach out and it seems everything is right with the license and its the correct license let us know and we can look into this as a bug. You can reach them at csm@nagios.com.
