Can someone inform the rpm rolls of nagiosxi x86_64 2024R1.4.4-1.el9

Are NOT included in RHEL's EPEL, and they are only in CENTOS-STREAM's EPEL.

Clearly this proves no one actually tested this rpm.

First, have you checked the repo? Run dnf repolist to make sure you have EPEL enabled for RHEL. If you are using official RHEL, you should NOT enable the CentOS Stream repo unless you know exactly the risks.
