Enterprise Edition of Nagios XI getting trial popup

Hi Support,

We are currently utilizing the enterprise Nagios XI; however, for the past few days, it has been displaying the following error when we attempt to use its features.

Error message: "This feature is part of the Enterprise Edition of Nagios XI. Your trial of this feature has expired. Some functionality may be limited or disabled. Enter your enterprise key or learn more about upgrading to Enterprise Edition."

I seem to recall this happens if nagios can't reach the nagios site (assets.nagios.com?) to check license status. Check the license status from admin, license and make sure proxy settings are right and maybe whitelist all of nagios.com. Of course this assumes your support hasn't expired and doesn't need to be renewed.

Our Nagios server can access the Nagios site (assets.nagios.com), and there are no blocks from our side.

It probably isn't assets.nagios.com for a license check though. I suggested allowing all of nagios.com.
What happens when you do a manual license check?

For quickest resolution you can open a ticket with support. They have access to your account status and deep technical knowledge of the products.

I can also do a bit of digging, if you can tell me what version of XI you are running and what distro/version.
