nagios displays double results

I have 1 user who sees the number of services doubled in the service overview. This is happening for that user only.
We have deleted the user's contact account, but the issue persists.
Also we have a service that was successfully deleted (from the command line as well) but she can still see that service. again this is happening only for her account.
She is also an admin.

You need to delete these services via the Core Config Manager. Doing it manually (from the command line) will not fix the issue.

Can you run a database repair and see if that resolves the issue:

I misspoke.
We did delete the service from the core cfg manager as well as from the command line.
I ran the db repair but the issue persists. However when I deleted her user account as well as the contact account, the issue went away.
Do you know why or how that can happen? I would like to avoid this in the future.

I deleted the users user and contact account, then recreated them, and BOOM! all set. Weird one huh?
after that, she had to re-customize her views and dashboards.

this is super strange. Were these double results on the Detail list pages or just on dashboards.

both, she has a dashboard set up for her loading page, but also when we clicked on any of the views it was the same deal. I wish that I had screenshots to show you guys, or a log or something. It started when she was trying to create custom services and templates for the nsc++ client. she only had one user account and one contact account. If you guys tell me what and how to get any logs or anything I would love to send them to yah, so you can look into it for curiosities sake. We are are all set though
