What tool do you use to integrate nagios core with nagvis?

What Backends do you use to integrate nagios core with nagvis?
I know there are two main choice: mk-livestatus and ndomy.
But I checked it is hard to install both of them.
NDO Utils v2.1.5 is released at Mar 11, 2025
mk-livestatus: after checkmk start to work as its own product, it is not easy to download 'mk-livestatus' from then anymore.
Seem it is really interesting that nagios core and nagvis is still updating, but there is no updating Backends existed anymore. Right?
