Greetings! Just upgraded to 2012R1.0 and trying to use the highly anticipated Capacity Planning Report. When I press "Calculate", I get a spinning wheel icon and the report never completes.

Thoughts or suggestions?

Are you getting this for all hosts and services, or just a single one?

Lets start by making sure all of the files for it are executable.
Also, do you get any errors in /var/log/httpd/error_log when accessing one of the reports?

Hi! If I let the report auto generate it displays fine. If I try to adjust the settings then click "Calclute" is when I have the issue.

Ran permissions command, no change.

Logs show the following notice when I try to calculate: [notice] child pid 500 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

Just to test a theory, can you install this version of the component and see if the issue is resolved?

A couple devices work (but most still don't).
I can click calculate on some and only receive the data, just the chart gets a spinning wheel and doesn't draw...
Other services have the original behavior.

So just to verify, some services are working, but some still generate a segfault error in /var/log/httpd/error_log?

If you're still getting the segfault then the actual source of the issue may be elsewhere...

I resent the Capacity Planning component to you in a PM. I attached the wrong report the first time, sorry about that

The updated module fixed the issue, I can now run Capacity Planning Reports!!!
