Hi,
I'd like to modify what is diplayed in the Operations Screen view. We have a hostgroup of experimental servers and devices would like to omit.
Could someone advise me as to how I would go about doing this? Or does a how to or FAQ exist?

The only way you could omit certain hosts/services from coming up in the Ops screen is by not allowing the user to see them. Other than that it just grabs all unhandled problems, and is not configured to filter certain things out. So, that being said, you could configure a user simply for the Ops screen and hide those hosts/services from them.
