How to install Nagios without Internet connection.

Due to security rules, we can not access Nagios directly to run the installation.
Is there any way to run the installation manually with the internet connection?

You can install Nagios XI on a system that has no internet connection via one of our pre-made VM's or deploying a installation template from an ESX server.
