My system is also affected by the spinning wheel thingy... I have read the other posts related to this and understand that there is a update of this component, may I know where I can download it from?

All enterprise-only components will start being automatically updated with new versions starting in 2012r1.2 for user's convenience. In the meantime, I'll send the updated component in a PM.
