Strang behavior after Upgrade to 2012

Hi people,
after upgrade to Nagios 2012 everthing look fine, and I started to integrate new systems, like before i check sometimes the Configuration Snapshot.

So I've seen the following Warnings:

Things look okay - No serious problems were detected during the pre-flight check


So I tried to fix them, and revert the settings to my template, means remove all setting directly on the service, the I received following (I removed some lines).

See the total of warning goes from 5 to 2362 !!!!!! What is going on here ???
On top in the template the settings are correct, I've doublechecked that.

Any Idea

Could you, please, email us your latest configuration snapshot to [email protected]? It would be easier to troubleshoot your issue via email or/and remote sessions.

find attached the requested snapshot.I can be available for a remote session today lets say from 5 PM local time Switzerland, which I'm not sure is somewhat around 10:00 AM your time. Or you may suggest another time/day.
