helpdesk & ticketing

Nagios has been installed & running however , helpdesk & ticketing is yet to be integrated with Nagios. Can I have the step by step procedures for implementation of this
module . also , confirm which package needs to be installed to implement helpdesk & ticketing.

Immediately following I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a remark is added I get 4 emails with the identical comment. Is there any method you possibly can consider absent me from that service? Thanks!

Well it all depends on the software you are trying to use, if you are open to a different solution we are working towards releasing Nagios IM:
