I've removed an email address from contacts, but, but the individual continues to get emails when services are down. First I removed him from the group, then once that didn't stop the emails I completely removed him from the system. But, like I said, he's still getting all of the notification emails. I'm using version 2012R1.2.

Can you see the notifications in Reports -> Notifications ? If so what is the contact, and what is the dispatcher?
