I have a client/user I want to make a dashboard available to, I do not want them to have access to menus or links or anything else but just that single dashboard.

Is this possible, I don't even want them to be able to drill down into the individual dashlets, just view that single dashboard

This is not possible "out of the box". You can deploy a dashboard to a user, but if this user doesn't have the permissions to view the data, he/she wouldn't be able to view the dashboard at all. On the other hand, if the user has the permissions to view the data, he/she would be able to drill down, even with a "read-only" permissions.
In my opinion, you have two options - you *might be able* to set up something like this by using the backend API, or you can set up a scheduled report going to this user.
