Cannot access Core Config Manager

I had to reload our vm from scratch and now when go into the core config manager is says cannot connect to database.

Verify that you're able to connect to the database with the credentials in the following file:
/var/www/html/nagiosql/config/settings.php
Code: Select all
mysql -u username -p'password' nagiosql

Not sure if I am or not. Something comes up real quick but goes off screen before I can see what it is and only thing that I can view is what I have attached.

Have you tried the following?
Admin->Reset Security Credentials (under "System Config")->fill in the "New Config Manager Admin Password" field (don't touch any other fields)->Update Credentials

Can you please post a screen shot of the error you are receiving when trying to log into the CCM?
