How to enable Enterprise Feature

License OptionsEnterprise Features: Not Enabled. Enable your 60-day trial today or learn more about enterprise features.
Enterprise Key:


I have used vSphere OVF Template for installing NagiosXI in ESX Box.


However, i have enabled Enterprise Feature for 60 Days on trial.. Although, i have procured Nagios XI License, so how can i enabled this feature for permanent.

Which key i have to entered in Enterprise Key:
i have customer number & license key.

In Capacity Planning Tab i am getting below message. How to get rid of this.
This feature is part of the Enterprise Edition of Nagios XI. You have 60 days left to test this feature. Learn more about Enterprise Edition features.

The enterprise features is a separate license than the Standard license.

You can contact our sales department to purchase the enterprise addon key.

How can i know that if my purchase dept. procured Standard or Enterprise License.
Is there any way out so that i can check the same ?

I looked up your license and it is the Standard license. The Enterprise addon only became available 3 days after your purchase...

How did you check ?
actually i have purchased 2 licenses one was for client which was few months back & recently we have purchased license for XI & Fusion.
arent you refering client's license which is standard ?

I cross referenced your email address. The enterprise version only became available Oct. 9. Any purchase before then could not have the license. If you wand to check the other license you can either contact [email protected] or PM me your customer ID.
