HI,
We have test setup of nagiox xi and we want to show our customers about feature of nagios.

Can you let me know the process to get system reports in graphical format to get data for system performance services like disk or memory and for host

Do i need to use third party addons and install them or is it inbuil feature of nagios xi.

There are many possibilities for graphing with Nagios XI, some are already embedded within the software for instance under the Home menu, you can click on Metrics to display Host and Service metrics. You can also visit the graph explorer under the Performance Graphs section in the Home menu.

In addition to this when you click on a host or service to visit it's details page, you can click on Performance Graphs to get a display of the check's data.

Nagvis is yet another solution which allows you to create "maps" based on the parent/child relationships within Nagios XI. Nagvis can be found at:

We cannot see metrics option in home menu.
Under performance graph I can see only one host with graphs but not able to see other hosts and services.
Can you let us know if we are missing any thing

Please download this Zip and upload it to your Nagios XI server's WEB UI. Admin > Manage Components.

I have downloaded metrics plugin and uploaded and restarted nagios
Now i can see metrics option under home.

When i clike it it is showing al the disk outputs in other servers but i am not able to open performance graphs for any other server except one.
I am getting No performance graphs were found for this service error when i click performance graph tab.

Also under advanced tab the performance data is showing red for these servers.
Can you let me know how to enable this option.

What version of XI are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of the red performance data?

Weare using Nagios XI 2011R3.3

If you go to Configure -> CCM -> Services -> Modify (for a service with red performance icon) -> Check Settings Tab

Look for "Process perf data" and select on
Save
Apply Configuration

Thanks for the update.It works for some checks afeter perfing the steps.We still have some issues an working on that .
