Cannot Change Administrator Email Address

I wish to change email address under Admin/System Config.
There are two places where you can set admin email addresses. Both are under the "Admin" section:
1. "Manage System Config" - this menu sets the email address that is sometimes contained in emails that are sent to users if they have problems with their account.
2. "Manage Email Settings" - this menu sets the "From:" email address that is used when Nagios XI sends out email/mobile text alerts.
