Hi , i want to buy the licency of nagios XI , I explai for you my demand , with nagios i will supervise several network which all of them are connected to the central data center with vpn , and in every subnet i have an administrator ,

my question can have many department fot example and each administrator can see only the network and machines in this departmet .

how many department can i have and how many user can i configure .

i need to have 2 super administrator and the other only normal user

Hello, Yes Nagios XI should definitely be able to handle your request. When creating users you can specify normal or administrative access, as well as which hosts and services normal users can acknowledge and see. You might take a look at the Nagios Administrators Guide: XI Multi-Tenancy for a more detailed description of how this works. While there is a limit to number of hosts depending on the license you have, users and contacts are not under such a limit, therefore it is theoretically possible to have an unlimited number of each.
