MRTG with Nagios

Hi all,
I have some problem with configuring MRTG to work with nagios. i installed mrtg and configured. i have reply from and have the graph on http://localhost/mrtg ... but nagios gave me some error:
so can you help me and gave me some advice or step by step procedure on installing and configuring mrtg with nagios.

I use some article of installing and configuring MRTG from here and here.(Return code of 139 is out of bounds)
