Assign Incident numbers to the Alerts and Notifications?

Hello Geeks,
I would like to configure NagiosXI in such a way that it should follow the following flow
IPmon Identifies an event --> Event enters IPradar -->IP automata picks up the event --> Event Becomes a ticket in ipim
--> Recurring incidents are added to the problem ticket --> verify and report if incident is resolved --> If yes, incident is resolved --> If not, it is dispatched to an engineer.
