Hey, So iv been trying to install nagiosxi for two days now. It keeps bringing this error
ERROR 1396 (HY000) at line 3: Operation CREATE USER failed for 'nagiosql'@'localhost'
ERROR: Subcomponent 'nagiosql' installation failed - exiting.

and i have even created the user myself. wat to do.

What operating system were you trying to install on? What type of installation, was the system previously in use for something before installing? It must be a fresh install to be supported. Also moving this to General - Nagios XI support forums.
