]In any instance where there is a list, I can not delete individual selections. I click the X, and the X vanishes, but the choice remains even after applying the config. I have to click "remove all" to clear the list then add new options.

This is a known bug that as far as I know only affects Chrome browser.

I believe this has already been fixed in the trunk for the next release. 2012R1.5
