Nagios Support Forum

We are running a trial of Nagios XI, and just upgraded to the new version. I don't have access to the customer support forum since we haven't purchased the software yet, but wanted to chime in and say that I'm having the same problem as this person:

All of the quotes are are replaced with the HTML encoded versions.

there is a bug in the current version of the CCM

You can install the attached zip via Admin -> Manage components to resolve the issue

This is a known bug and we are working to resolve it, but thank you for letting us know you have the issue too!
