Disable "Disable Notifications"
Is there a way to disable the "Disable Notifications" feature for everyone except admins? End users are to dumb and will keep doing that to shut Nagios up instead of acknowledging the issue. Two companies in a row now, I just can't get that through their heads, lol. I love end users /rant off

This is a user error, as you are quite aware 
. As users have control over their own notification options, there is no easy way to do this. You may have to edit the XI php files to disable this.
