i am using nagiosXi on centos.Added switch in nagiosxi but when i click on home -> Host Detail the switch or and other window machine is not added plx tell the solution

Did you forget to apply configuration?

Yes i applied configuration.is that any plugin which firstly in install ???

If no hosts are showing it could be DB corruption, run http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... tabase.pdf

I run this script but problem still not fix.Plz tell the proper solution as soon as possible.

Could you show us a screenshot of this issue possibly? Is the host detail page not working for everything? Or just on the new host's you added.

I am having the same issue, starting just few hours ago, suddenly I cant show the hosts or services. I have tried the instructions on how to repair the mysql database but still not fixed.
I can still sometimes see the main page of nagiosxi, but when I clicked on host or service, it will show a page error, and then the main page doesnt work anymore. restarting the nagiosxi still giving me the same symptoms.

Sorry didnt take a screenshot and now that its fixed, i cant do that anymore. Anyway, what happened with mine was that the whole vm image was corrupted somehow, maybe because I am sharing it with exchange server and there were too many disk I/O activities. Deleted the whole vm folder, recovered from a backup and it worked.
