fusion and xi uh fused??

can fusion and xi be installed on the same server?
we have fusion installed on a 32 core box with all the trimmins. I want to put xi on it, load up all the plugins that will monitor our nagios environment (4 servers). This will allow me to have a server watching the watchers. After yall stop laughing at my idea and shoot me the answer you can lock this.
